Q.Who is RemoNurse for?

Every healthcare professional — not just bedside RNs. We match nurses (RN, BSN, MSN, NP, LPN/LVN), medical assistants, CNAs, caregivers, medical coders, medical billers, pharmacy technicians, healthcare administrators, patient care coordinators, behavioral health workers, telehealth workers, insurance / utilization-management nurses, and clinical documentation specialists.

Q.What kind of jobs does RemoNurse list?

100% remote, hybrid, full-time, part-time, contract, per-diem/PRN, night-shift, weekend-only, every-other-weekend, school-hours, no-bedside, work-from-home, and entry-level. Filter by exactly the shifts you'll take — we never push you into roles you said no to.

Q.Is it free?

Yes. Creating an account, AI onboarding, document storage, browsing jobs, getting matched, and self-applying are all free, forever. The only paid feature is Apply-for-Me at $4.99 per submission, where AI writes a tailored cover letter and resume snapshot and prepares everything for you to review and submit.

Q.How does the AI matching work?

When you sign up, AI runs a short conversation to capture your profession, license type and state, years of experience, location and travel radius, shift preferences, salary floor, and what you will and won't do. Every open job is then scored 0–100 against your profile with a one-line plain-English reason for the score — no keyword guessing.

Q.What is Apply-for-Me?

An optional paid action, $4.99 per application. AI reads the job description and your profile, then writes a tailored cover letter, a focused resume snapshot, and pre-fills the application. You review everything and click submit — nothing goes out without your final approval.

Q.How do I prove my license?

Upload your active license to the Documents page. AI extracts the license type, state, and expiry date. Employers you apply to see verified status — they don't see the document itself unless you choose to share it during an application.

Q.Where are my documents stored?

In a private encrypted storage bucket. Only you can read or download them by default. When you apply to a job, you choose what to attach. We never sell, share, or train AI on your documents.

Q.Can I get matched to remote jobs in any state?

Yes. Set 'remote OK' in your profile and you'll see remote roles regardless of your home state. For licensed roles (RN, NP, LPN, pharmacy), AI checks state requirements and notes which roles need a multi-state / compact license.

Q.I'm an employer or family — how do I post?

Use the 'Hire a helper' page. Tell us the helper type (CNA, caregiver, RN, etc.), shift pattern, setting, budget, and start date. We pre-match candidates within 48 hours and you review them privately.

Q.Do you charge employers per hire?

No per-hire fees on the helper-seeker side today. We focus on getting the right people in front of you fast.

Q.How often are matches updated?

Continuously. New jobs are scored against every active profile within minutes of being posted, so your Matches feed is always current.

Q.Can I delete my account and data?

Yes — go to Dashboard → Settings and delete your account. Profile, applications, documents, and match history are removed.
