How to claim a refund
- Open your dashboard and check the applications list after 30 days.
- If there are fewer than 10 submissions from us, email us saying so.
- We refund that month in full to the original payment method, usually within 3 business days.
What the guarantee does not cover
We guarantee the work we do, not an employer's decision — nobody honest can promise you a job offer. The promise also needs a complete profile with your licence and documents uploaded, because we cannot submit applications without them. Applications you send yourself on the free plan are not covered.
