Clinical Documentation Specialist
Gebbs Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Documentation Specialist for a 100% remote, 6-month project. This position is responsible for supporting the accuracy and completeness of clinical records.
Work this role from any clinic, anywhere in the country — as long as your license, certifications and ID documents are current and valid for the employer's required state(s).
As a project-based CDS, you will perform remote chart reviews to enhance documentation quality. The role focuses on ensuring that clinical indicators support the assigned diagnoses and severity levels. This is a temporary engagement focused on documentation integrity.
