Clinical Documentation Specialist
This full-time remote position with MercyOne Genesis involves 80 hours biweekly on a day shift schedule. The role focuses on clinical documentation integrity and requires a nursing or HIT degree.

The Clinical Documentation Specialist will perform concurrent reviews of patient records to ensure clinical documentation accurately reflects patient care. You will collaborate with physicians and coders to capture the most precise clinical picture. This role is essential for quality outcomes and appropriate reimbursement.
