Clinical Documentation Specialist
This remote Clinical Documentation Specialist role involves reviewing inpatient records to ensure documentation accurately reflects clinical status. The position follows a standard Monday-Friday schedule with occasional weekend coverage.

You will serve as a Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) specialist for UCI Health, working entirely remotely. Primary duties include concurrent review of medical records and collaborating with clinicians for documentation clarity. This full-time role requires 8-hour shifts and participation in weekend rotations as needed.
