Clinical Documentation Specialist, Per Diem - Remote
Boston Medical Center is hiring a Per Diem CDS to provide clinically based concurrent and retrospective review of inpatient medical records. This role is fully remote within the United States.
Work this role from any clinic, anywhere in the country — as long as your license, certifications and ID documents are current and valid for the employer's required state(s).
The Clinical Documentation Specialist (CDS) ensures the clinical information used in reporting is complete and accurate. You will perform reviews of inpatient records and interact with providers to clarify documentation. This is a per diem, non-bedside role suitable for experienced clinical reviewers.
