Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN
Provide direct clinical care to a patient in a home setting in the Eatonton area. This role involves working specific evening shifts during the week and long day shifts on Saturdays.
The LPN/LVN will be responsible for providing home health services to a patient in their residence. The schedule includes Sunday through Friday from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. Candidates should be comfortable working in a home with pets and providing one-on-one care.
