Manager of Coding and HIM
This remote leadership role oversees the Coding and Health Information Management departments to ensure the protection and accuracy of health data. You will be responsible for departmental oversight and ensuring compliance with healthcare documentation standards.
Work this role from any clinic, anywhere in the country — as long as your license, certifications and ID documents are current and valid for the employer's required state(s).
Responsible for the overall leadership and oversight of the Coding and Health Information departments. The role ensures the security and protection of health information across the organization. Candidates will manage remote teams and workflows to maintain high coding quality. Heavy use of computer keyboard and digital health record systems is required daily.
