This residency program is designed for new graduate nurses to transition into professional practice within a hospital setting. Candidates must have less than six months of experience and valid Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
The HCA Nurse Residency Program provides a pathway for newly graduated RNs to develop clinical skills through hands-on experience and mentorship. Applicants must be within their first six months of nursing practice to be considered for the residency cohort. The program focuses on specialty training and clinical excellence in a high-acuity environment. Requirements include completion of an accredited nursing program and BCLS certification by the start date.
