This New Graduate Nurse Residency Program offers specialized training in hematology, medical oncology, surgical oncology, and progressive care units. Candidates will transition into professional practice at The James Cancer Hospital under a structured mentorship framework.
New graduate nurses will participate in a comprehensive residency program designed to bridge the gap from student to professional oncology nurse. The program includes rotations through Hematology, Medical Oncology, and Surgical Oncology departments. Participants will also gain experience in Progressive Care and Step Down units. This role focuses on providing high-quality care to cancer patients while receiving clinical support and education.
