Provide remote triage support for hospice patients, answering clinical calls and coordinating care from a home office. This part-time role includes a specific evening shift with rotating weekend requirements.

The Remote Hospice Triage RN is responsible for answering clinical calls after-hours and providing guidance to hospice patients and families. You will document interactions in the EMR and escalate concerns to on-call staff as needed. The role requires consistent attendance and reliable internet connectivity. Training is fully paid and conducted remotely over three weeks.
