This hybrid role involves 50% onsite work in Boynton Beach and 50% remote work providing patient care. The nurse will be responsible for remote patient monitoring and coordinating care virtually.
Provide a mix of onsite and remote patient care services following a standard training period. Conduct remote patient monitoring and triage calls to assess clinical needs. Collaborate with the broader clinical team at NYU Langone to ensure continuity of care across settings.
